All orders placed on or after February 22, 2023, will not be eligible for a refund. A store credit will be offered in its place for all orders that have been approved to be cancelled. Once the product has been shown to be delivered, customers will have 30 days to notify Hawktree Solutions of any order errors, otherwise orders will be considered complete. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis and are required to be approved by Hawktree Solutions before any product will be accepted at our warehouse for a return and store credit.
