Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been receiving a higher-than-normal volume of orders. In order to ensure that orders continue to get out in good time, we will no longer be accepting modifications or cancellations of orders until further notice.
With shortened staff at our warehouse due to health and safety precautions, modifications and cancellations are causing delays in sending out orders to people who are relying on them for their own health and safety during this time of crisis. Please know that this measure is being taken solely to ensure that delays in receiving are kept to a minimum and that orders can be received in full and without error.
Due to health, hygiene and safety reasons, all orders will be considered final sale.
