Returns

The buyer is deemed to have accepted the products unless written notice of rejection is received by Hawktree Solutions within two (2) days after delivery of the products.  The buyer waives any right to revoke acceptance thereafter. 

The buyer has up to 3 days after accepting delivery to report any discrepancy in shipment quantity or damaged products.   This report must be made via email to mas@redcross.ca.  Pending email approval by Hawktree Solutions, the buyer may return products, using the manner specified in the email approval.  Items returned without written approval or by a method other than that specified in the written approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer, freight collect. Returned products must be in original packaging and must be accompanied by a written description of the nature of the defect.  Products not eligible for return shall be returned to the buyer, freight collect. Products returned shall be at the buyer’s sole risk and expense.
